ISSUE 1
My SIM isn’t working / No service
Try these steps in order:
- 1. Restart your phone - power off completely, wait 30 seconds, power back on
- 2. Check that your SIM card is properly seated - remove and reinsert it
- 3. Make sure Airplane Mode is turned OFF
- 4. Check your coverage - enter your ZIP code at /coverage to verify signal in your area
- 5. If using eSIM, go to Settings > Cellular and make sure your StandUp Prepaid line is enabled
